Infinitee Homes is a MahaRERA-registered real estate agent working across Pune's eastern corridor — Mundhwa, Kharadi, Hadapsar and Magarpatta.
What an agent is actually for.
Not to forward you a brochure. To have already done the work you do not have time to do.
Before we represent a project we walk the site, read the MahaRERA filing, check what the developer has delivered before, and work out what the location will realistically be worth once the infrastructure everyone is promising either arrives or does not.
Then we tell you that version — including the parts that count against a sale. A buyer who discovers a problem after booking is a buyer we have lost permanently, and in a market this small, reputation compounds faster than commission does.
We are paid by the developer, as every channel partner is. We would rather state that plainly than have you wonder about it.

The price, before the visit
"Price on request" exists to capture a phone number. We send the sheet first and let you decide whether the visit is worth your Saturday.
Proposed is not built
Metro corridors and elevated roads are described as proposals, with the authority responsible and its stated timeline. Infrastructure is upside, never the reason to buy.
Registered and accountable
Our MahaRERA agent registration is on every page. It means the regulator, not only the developer, has a claim on how we behave.
