What moves the number
Floor, view, parking and the developer’s other charges. Ask for the cost sheet of the specific flat — it is the only document that tells you what you will actually pay, and whether stamp duty, registration and GST sit inside or on top of it.
Quoted on 13 October 2026. These are the developer’s prices, not ours, and the developer can change them without notice. We print the date so you know how fresh they are; if you are reading this some weeks later, ask us what applies today and we will tell you straight. The developer targets possession in December 2030; the completion date declared to MahaRERA is in 2034, and that is the one that binds.
The project
Eight towers behind a high street.
Yashada EVO is laid out on a 14-acre site on the Mumbai–Bengaluru Highway at Punawale: eight residential towers, A to H, set back behind a frontage of shops, restaurants and showrooms along the highway.
The towers rise to 34 storeys above two basements, a ground floor and two podium levels. The podium is kept free of vehicles, and the developer states that 66% of the project is green space, with a 6-acre garden and 58,000 sq ft of landscaping planted on natural ground rather than on a slab.
The amenities are planned by age group — toddlers, children, teenagers, young adults, the middle-aged, senior citizens and pet owners each get spaces drawn for them — across three clubhouses and the grounds. The presenter credits the design to a Singapore-based architect without naming the practice; ask us if that matters to you and we will find out.

The layout
Where each tower actually sits.
The developer’s own layout plan. Two minutes with it before a site visit is the difference between choosing a flat and choosing a view.
Read the plan, not the brochure line
Three things the plan tells you. The highway frontage is commercial — the plan labels it N.B. Highway Highstreet and N.B. EVO Plaza, with studio apartments beside them — so the residences sit behind a row of shops and showrooms rather than on the carriageway: convenient, and worth thinking about for traffic at the gate. The site also has a 32 m road and an 18 m road on its other sides. And every typical floor plan marks each flat as amenity-facing or city-facing — the biggest difference between two flats of the same size. This page is about the residences; the commercial parts are not what the MahaRERA number below covers.
The residences
2, 3 and 4 BHK, with the carpet area printed.
Six plans across the three towers the developer has published so far. The carpet areas are in the table, open to everyone; the plans themselves open once you leave a number, and we send them on WhatsApp with the cost sheet too.
| Configuration | Tower | Per floor | Carpet area |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 BHK Type 02 | A & B | 2 | 810 sq ft |
| 2 BHK Type 01 | A & B | 2 | 875 sq ft |
| 3 BHK Type 01 | A & B | 2 | 1,065 sq ft |
| 3 BHK Type 02 | A & B | 2 | 1,165 sq ft |
| 3 BHK With aangan | C | 2 | 1,223 sq ft |
| 4 BHK With aangan | C | 2 | 1,673 sq ft |
Carpet areas as printed on the developer’s typical floor plans, October 2026, which label them “carpet area” without saying whether balconies are included. Your agreement for sale states the RERA carpet area of the exact flat — ask for that figure, and compare projects on it. The typical plans apply to the 1st, 3rd–6th, 8th–11th, 13th, 14th, 18th–21st, 23rd–26th, 28th–31st, 33rd and 34th floors; ask for the plan of any other floor.
Towers D to H
The presenter publishes typical floor plans for Towers A, B and C only, and those are the plans on this page. We will not guess at the other five. Ask and we will send their plans, and confirm which towers the MahaRERA registration covers, as the developer releases them. Once a plan is unlocked, tap it to open it full size.

The address
On the highway at Punawale.
Yashada EVO fronts the Mumbai–Bengaluru Highway at Punawale, in Pune’s north-west. The developer’s location map sets it among Ravet, Wakad and Hinjewadi IT Park, with Chinchwad and Akurdi to the north-east.
You will notice there are no kilometres on this page. The developer’s map does not give any, and we only publish distances the developer has measured from its own gate — and never drive times, which on this corridor depend on the hour you set off. Tell us where you work or where your children study and we will measure the actual route from the site.

Landmarks as marked on the developer’s location map, October 2026, which the developer states is indicative and not to scale. Their presence on the map says nothing about how close they are; ask us for the distance to the ones that matter to you. Three clubhouses, and a room at every tower door
The presenter lists three clubhouses. Its podium plan also gives each of the eight tower entrances its own indoor rooms — an indoor play area and a co-working space at most of them, with a creche, a medical room, a sauna, guest rooms, a laundry, a café and conference room or a table-tennis room depending on the tower. If one of those is the reason you would choose a tower, check which entrance has it before you choose. No completion dates for the amenities have been published; the amenities that bind are the ones in your agreement for sale.

The developer
Yashada Realty, and who else is named.
Yashada Realty is the developer of this project. Infinitee Homes is not — we are the registered agent representing it, and what follows is what the developer says about itself.
In its presenter, Yashada describes more than 25 years of building homes in Pune that are “practical as well as luxurious” and easy to maintain. The same presenter names the N.B. Bhondve Group as land facilitators for EVO.
Two checks worth doing before you book, and we will do them with you: read the promoter’s legal name on the project’s MahaRERA page — that is the company you sign with, and it can differ from the brand on the brochure — and look at the quarterly progress reports the developer files there, which show whether construction is keeping pace with the dates above. For our view of the project, with what we would check before booking, read our Yashada EVO review.
Questions
What buyers ask first.
As communicated by the developer on 13 October 2026, starting prices are ₹85 lakh for a 2 BHK, ₹1.15 Cr for a 3 BHK and ₹1.85 Cr for a 4 BHK. Those are the lowest-priced homes in each type: floor, view, parking and the developer’s other charges move the number, and whether stamp duty, registration and GST are included has to be read off the cost sheet for the exact flat. Our guide to what a flat really costs in Pune sets out the full arithmetic.
From the developer’s typical floor plans: in Towers A and B, 2 BHK homes of 810 and 875 sq ft and 3 BHK homes of 1,065 and 1,165 sq ft; in Tower C, a 3 BHK of 1,223 sq ft and a 4 BHK of 1,673 sq ft, both with an aangan. Your agreement for sale states the RERA carpet area of the exact flat, so ask for that figure before you compare projects. Our carpet area guide explains the difference.
Yes. The developer’s presenter carries MahaRERA No. PR1262022501492 with its QR code. Infinitee Homes holds a separate MahaRERA agent registration, which is what allows us to represent the project — that number is in the disclaimer at the foot of this page. Check both at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in: the project’s page there shows the promoter’s legal name, the sanctioned plans and the completion date the developer has committed to. Our step-by-step guide shows you how.
The developer’s target is December 2030. The completion date declared to MahaRERA is in 2034, and that is the date that binds the developer — the earlier one is a target, not a date you can hold anyone to. Ask us for both in writing for the tower you choose, and check the registered one on the portal yourself.
On the Mumbai–Bengaluru Highway at Punawale, Pune. The developer’s layout plan puts a high street of shops, restaurants and showrooms along the highway frontage, with the eight residential towers behind it and a 32 m and an 18 m road on its other sides. The developer’s location map places it among Ravet, Wakad and Hinjewadi IT Park. We send a map pin with every visit confirmation.
The developer has not published measured distances for this project, and we do not publish distances or drive times we have not been given — on this corridor a drive time depends entirely on the hour you set off. The developer’s location map shows Hinjewadi IT Park Phases I and II, Wakad and Ravet around the site. Tell us where you work and we will measure your actual route from the gate.
The presenter lists three clubhouses and an amenity index of 47 named spaces across a vehicle-free podium and landscaped grounds — adult, kids’ and lazy pools, courts for squash, badminton, padel and pickleball, a skate park, a treehouse, a pet park, co-working spaces, and gardens laid out for every age from toddlers to senior citizens. The podium plan also gives each of the eight tower entrances its own indoor rooms. The amenities that bind are the ones written into your agreement for sale.
