Flats in Pune.
Pune is really two housing markets — the east, built around the offices of Kharadi and Magarpatta, and the west, built around Hinjewadi and the Mumbai–Bengaluru Highway. We represent projects on both sides. Start with what you are looking for.

Every project we represent, side by side: upcoming, new launch or ready to move, with homes, carpet area, price and registration — and six checks for any new project before you book.

3 BHK flats in Pune
All three projects have 3 BHK homes. Carpet areas and starting prices compared the way each developer states them, and the six things that separate one 3 BHK from the next.

4 BHK flats in Pune
The 4 BHKs in the projects we represent, with carpet areas and prices as each developer states them, and what to check at this size.
Compare the 4 BHKsStarting prices are the developers’ own: Dosti Greenscapes’ September 2026 launch communication, plus taxes; Yashada EVO’s as quoted on 13 October 2026. Both can change without notice.
East and West
Where the three projects sit.
The single biggest decision in a Pune purchase is which side of the city you live on, and it is usually made by where you work.
East Pune
The offices are in Kharadi — EON IT Park and the World Trade Center — and in Magarpatta City. The homes around them are in Mundhwa, Hadapsar, Kharadi itself and the pockets between. We represent two projects here: Anandtara Prime Mundhwa, 1.5 km from Magarpatta City by its developer’s measure, and Dosti Greenscapes on the Solapur Road in Hadapsar, 2.8 km from Cybercity Magarpatta by its developer’s.

West Pune
Hinjewadi’s IT parks drew housing out along the Mumbai–Bengaluru Highway to Wakad, Ravet and Punawale. We represent one project here: Yashada EVO at Punawale, which its developer’s location map sets among Ravet, Wakad and Hinjewadi IT Park. The developer publishes no distances for it, so neither do we.
Flats in Punawale: the area guide, with the 2 BHK homes there.
Distances are each developer’s own, measured from its site: Anandtara’s sales presenter and Dosti Realty’s e-brochure, both September 2026. We do not publish drive times anywhere on this site — they depend on the hour you set off.
Before you buy anywhere in Pune
Four short guides cover the things that catch buyers out wherever the flat is: how to check a project’s MahaRERA registration, what the three area figures mean, what a flat really costs on top of its price, and what pre-launch means when a project is not yet registered.
None of it is a valuation and none of it is investment advice. Where a figure would help — a rate, a commute time, a metro date — we would rather leave it out than publish a number we cannot attribute.
