By using infiniteehomes.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who operates this site

Infinitee Homes is a real estate agent registered with MahaRERA under registration number A011052601566, valid to 02 June 2031.

We are an authorised channel partner for the projects shown. We are not the promoter or developer of any project on this site. Prime Mundhwa is a development by Anandtara, who alone are responsible for its construction, approvals, specifications and delivery.

Nothing here is an offer

The information on this site is for general information only. It does not constitute an offer, an invitation to offer, or any contract. No booking, allotment or right of any kind arises from using this site or submitting an enquiry.

Any purchase is governed solely by the registered Agreement for Sale executed between you and the developer. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement prevails.

Images and impressions

Every image on this site is an artistic impression for conceptual representation only. Elevations, interiors, landscaping, amenities, finishes and furniture shown are indicative, may be enhanced, and do not represent the delivered product. Furniture and fittings shown are not part of any offering unless expressly stated in the Agreement for Sale.

Areas, prices and timelines

Areas, layouts, specifications, prices, payment plans and possession dates are as provided by the developer and are subject to change without notice. They are confirmed only in the Agreement for Sale. Prices are exclusive of GST, stamp duty, registration charges and other statutory dues unless stated otherwise.

Proposed infrastructure

References to metro lines, ring roads, elevated corridors and similar works describe infrastructure proposed by government authorities. Their approval, funding, route and timing rest with those authorities and not with the developer or with us. Nothing on this site should be read as a commitment that any proposed work will be built, or built by a particular date.

RERA

Our MahaRERA registration number appears in the disclaimer at the foot of every page of this site and may be verified at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in.

A project carries its own separate MahaRERA registration held by its promoter. Where a project's registration is not yet displayed on this site, that project is in pre-launch: no booking is accepted and no payment is collected until its registration is confirmed and published here.

Enquiries and contact

By submitting an enquiry you confirm the details you provide are your own and accurate, and you consent to being contacted by phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email about your enquiry — including where your number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry. You may opt out at any time by telling us so.

Submitting false details, or using automated means to submit enquiries, is a misuse of this site and may be reported.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and design of this site belong to Infinitee Homes. Project names, marks, artwork and renders belong to their respective owners, including Anandtara, and are used with permission for marketing the projects shown. Nothing on this site transfers any right in them to you.

You may not copy, republish, scrape or systematically extract material from this site without our written permission.

Links to other sites

Where we link to other sites, including the MahaRERA portal, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee either. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Infinitee Homes is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its contents. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
