Who we are

This website is operated by Infinitee Homes, a real estate agent registered with MahaRERA under registration number A011052601566, valid to 02 June 2031, operating in Pune, Maharashtra.

What we collect

What you give us

When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, mobile number, and — where you provide them — your email address, preferred configuration, purchase timeline, budget band and whether you are buying to live in or to invest.

What your browser tells us

Alongside the form we record the page you enquired from, the page that referred you, your browser's language, timezone and screen size.

How the form was filled in

We also record how the form was completed: how long it took, how many keys were pressed, whether text was pasted, and which fields you visited. We store a random identifier in your browser so we can tell when the same browser submits several different people's details.

We do this for one reason, and we would rather state it plainly than bury it: fake enquiries are submitted to waste our time and our advertising budget. These signals let us separate them from genuine buyers. They are not used to profile you, are not sold, and are not shared with advertisers. You can clear the identifier at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you floor plans, pricing and availability
• To arrange a site visit where you ask for one
• To identify and set aside fraudulent or automated submissions
• To keep records we are required to keep as a registered real estate agent

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell them.

On what basis

We process your details on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box on the enquiry form. You may withdraw that consent at any time — see Your rights below. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything already done while it was in force.

Who we share it with

The developer. Infinitee Homes is an authorised channel partner, not the promoter. To progress your enquiry on a specific project we pass your name, contact number and stated requirement to that project's developer — for Prime Mundhwa, that is Anandtara. They then hold your details under their own privacy practices. If you would prefer we did not, say so and we will handle your enquiry without passing it on, though this may limit what we can arrange for you.

Service providers. Enquiries are stored in Google Workspace (Google LLC) and notifications are sent by email through the same. Google processes this data on our instructions and may store it on servers outside India.

Where required by law, including to MahaRERA or other authorities.

We do not share your details with any other developer, broker or data broker.

Cookies and browser storage

We use your browser's local storage for two things: the anti-fraud identifier described above, and remembering your enquiry between the form and the confirmation page. Neither is shared with anyone.

Measurement. This site is built to use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and move through it — which page you arrived on, which pages you read, and whether you completed an enquiry. During an advertising campaign it may also load the Meta pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking, so we can tell which advertisements produced a genuine enquiry rather than only a click. These are enabled from a single setting and are not always running.

We do not allow advertising or personalisation cookies. Where these tools are active, the site instructs Google to deny advertising storage, advertising personalisation and the sharing of advertising identifiers by default. In practice that means measurement runs in a reduced, largely cookieless mode: we can see that a visit happened and whether it converted, and we cannot build an advertising profile of you or follow you around other websites.

We record whether you tapped Call or WhatsApp, because for us those are enquiries in the same way the form is. We record the tap, not the conversation.

Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. process this data on our instructions and may store it on servers outside India. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's browser add-on, and any browser setting that blocks third-party scripts will block all of the above without affecting the enquiry form.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted. Where a transaction proceeds, records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you and who we have shared it with
• Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
• Erase your details where we no longer need them
• Withdraw your consent, and stop hearing from us entirely
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to

Write to info@infiniteehomes.com with the mobile number you enquired from. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

Grievances

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, contact our Grievance Officer at info@infiniteehomes.com, marking your message Grievance — Data Protection. We will acknowledge within 7 working days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is transmitted encrypted. Access to the enquiry records is limited to the Infinitee Homes team members who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the Board as the law requires.

Children

This site is intended for adults purchasing property. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it. Material changes affecting how we use details already collected will be notified to you directly.
